1. Search Our Templates
There are two ways to search the CampaignConcierge.com templates. First, you can search by category. To do this, simply scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click the category or sub-category in which the template you’re looking for is most likely to be found.

For example, if you’re looking for a fundraising letter you would like on the “Direct Mail” link under the “Fundraising” category.

Your second option is to search by key word. Simply enter a key word that describes the template you’re after in the “Quick Search” box on the right-hand side of the homepage and click “Go”.

For example, if you’re looking for a campaign plan template, enter the key word “plan” and click “Go”. You’ll get a list of all the templates that include the word “plan,” including the campaign plans you’re looking for.

NOTE: In addition to names of the templates that meet your search criteria, you’ll also see the available formats for that template and how other campaigns have rated that template.

You should also note that there will be a green “F” or red “S” in front of each template name. A green “F” indicates the template is free to everyone. A red “S” indicates the template is only available to CampaignConcierge.com subscribers.

2. Preview the Templates

After you’ve search the template database, simply click on the name of template to get more information and see a preview of the template.
3. Download the Template
Once you’ve chosen the template you’d like to use, simply click “download” to right of the format in which you’d like to download the template. If you’re using a newer Internet browser, the template you selected will open automatically so you can begin customizing it for your campaign.

If you’re using an older computer, you may be asked if you want to open or save the template. Choose “Save” if you want to save the template to your computer. Choose “Open” if you just want to open the template and begin editing it immediately.
